European Advertisement Market for Fasteners www.fuzer.eu is a platform allowing publication of information about intent to purchase or sell fasteners or other related services.

§ 1

The Terms and Conditions specify rules and rights regarding usage of the Fuzer.eu portal and sharing and copying any information.

§ 2

Portal Fuzer.eu is operated by Fuzer Ltd. , named herein the Operator.

§ 3

The Operator is publishing at Fuzer.eu inquires for fasteners or offers to sale fasteners and related services.

§ 4

In order to place an offer or inquiry at Fuzer.eu, transactor, named herein the Company, needs to register at Fuzer.eu and comply with the Terms and Conditions.

§ 5

Depending of the selected account package, the Operator charges an annual subscription fee in accordance with price presented in the Offer section.

§ 6

Publication of submitted offer or inquiry occurs without delay, within maximum of 5 working days at the latest, counting from registration of the offer at Fuzer.eu server and verification by the Operator.

§ 7

The Company placing an offer or inquiry should define the related expiration date, which means the date till the offer should be published at Fuzer.eu.

§ 8

The Company may edit submitted offers or inquires at any time, however in case the changes incur additional translation of the offer or any other Operator action, the revised offer will be published without any delay, within maximum of 5 working days at the latest, counting from registration of the modified offer at Fuzer.eu server and verification by the Operator.

§ 9

The Operator does not take any responsibility for errors and failures occurred without Operator guilt.

§ 10

The Operator does not take responsibility for the contend of offers / inquires or results of their use or any obligations resulting from the offers.

§ 11

The Operator does not take responsibility neither for not entering in to business agreements between Companies nor for the agreements between the parties.

§ 12

Any disputes that may occur during realization of agreements are to be settled by the competent court proper for the Operator.

§ 13

All offers and inquires published by Fuzer.eu are available simultaneously in many languages. Current list of available languages is presented in the information section.

§ 14

The operator reserves the exclusive right to verify the the submitted content, in particular to remove fake offers and also to binding interpretations of the Terms and Conditions.

§ 15

The Operator will make every effort to ensure correct operation of Fuzer.eu portal and will provide help to resolve any issues related to functioning and / or using of the portal.

§ 16

The Terms and Conditions are in force since the publication date. The Operator reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions. Changes are becoming effective after publication. Operator will inform registered companies of any changes to the Terms and Conditions.

§ 17

All data gathered by the Operator from Companies registered at Fuzer.eu are protected in accordance with Republic of Poland regulations.
