Terms of use

 

§ 1

 

The following Rules specify the functioning, access and use of the portal.

 

§ 2

 

The Fuzer portal is operated by Fuzer Sp. z o. o. hereinafter referred to as the Operator.

 

§ 3

 

The Operator enables users to publish offers of purchase and sale of fasteners. 

 

§ 4

 

In order to place an offer on Fuzer portal, the user must obey these rules of portal use.

 

§ 5

 

The user who places an offer should specify the date until which it is to be published on the portal. 

 

§ 6

 

The user can edit his offers at any time, when the changes require translation or other actions from the Operator, the publishing of the new offer will follow immediately, not later than within 5 working days from the date of receiving the order and its verification. 

 

§ 7

 

The Operator is not liable for errors and failures which have not developed by his fault.

 

§ 8

 

The Operator is not liable for the content of the published offers and for the consequences of their use. The Operator is not liable for translations, especially for translations done by the parties themselves who use the portal.   

 

§ 9

 

The Operator is not liable for trade contracts not being concluded between parties. Also the Operator is not liable for trade contracts concluded between parties. 

 

§ 10

 

Disputes which may arise due to the application of this contract shall be settled by the court competent for the Operator. 

 

§ 11

 

The Operator reserves an exclusive right to verify the contents placed on the portal www.fuzer.eu, especially to remove false offers and to the binding interpretation of these rules.

 

§ 12

 

The Operator shall make every effort to ensure proper functioning of the portal and provide help to solve problems concerning its functioning. 

 

§ 13

 

These rules are in effect from the moment of their publication. The Operator reserves the right to introduce alterations into these rules. All alterations are in effect from the moment of their publication on the portal.

 

§ 14

 

Informations received by the Operator from the portal users are protected by the current laws of the Republic of Poland.
